We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers, D1 (database), and KV (key-value store). All data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest where supported by the infrastructure.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

• Waitlist data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Brand scan data: retained for analytics and product improvement; IP addresses may be hashed or truncated after 90 days
• Rate limiting data: automatically expires after 24 hours

Our website does not currently use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. We do not integrate any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) at this time.

If we introduce analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms.

We use the following third-party services to operate RadarFox:

• Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, edge computing, and data storage
• Groq: AI inference API for brand scan analysis (brand names only; no personal data is shared)
• Auth0: authentication via Google SSO (paid tier only)
• Razorpay: payment processing (paid tier only — no card data stored by RadarFox)

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

RadarFox serves users across 40+ countries including regions in APAC, MENA, Europe, and the Americas. By using our website and submitting your information, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers of personal data, including standard contractual clauses where required.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
